When it was announced that the Buffalo Bills would be playing a total of 8 games in Toronto (5 regular season games and 3 exhibition contests all being played at the Rogers Centre through 2012), anyone could have guessed that the demand for tickets to attend these games live and in person would be pretty high. But, it seems that the desire for Bills in Toronto tickets was higher than some expected.

The average ticket price is expected to be over 180 dollars - more than three times the average price of their games held in their own hometown of Buffalo.

“Football fans from across the country have formally expressed their interest in watching live NFL football in Toronto,” Phil Lind, vice-chairman, Rogers Communications, said in a statement. “We are overwhelmed by this response, and we are now working hard to ensure that the NFL experience in Toronto will be unforgettable.
