UFC veteran and longtime MMA fighter Shonie Carter (38-17-7) is headlining the Primetime Fighting Championship debut event, Primetime FC 1, taking place on May 30. Carter will go up against Demi Deeds (12-4), who goes for his fifth straight win.

The event, also featuring Ron Fields (22-25-1) vs. Bobby Martinez (12-8), takes place at the Star Plaza Theatre in Merrillville, Indiana.

UFC lightweight Clay Guida, will serve as guest referee of the event. Guida competed throughout the Midwest prior to moving to larger organizations such as World Extreme Cagefighting.

Tickets are available now at Tickemaster and range from $20 to $155.
