British rockers Oasis will be back on the road in North America this summer, with recent confirmations that they will be playing a number of shows on the west coast of the United States and Canada. The four shows that have been recently announced precede the gig that they will play at Toronto’s Virgin Festival on Sunday, September 7th at Toronto Island.

Reports are confirming that the Foo Fighters and Oasis will headline the third annual two-day Toronto Virgin Festival, scheduled for Toronto Island on September 7th and 8th. These two headlining acts are sure to draw a huge crowd to the popular festival, which will now give summer concert goers a real reason to make a choice between the upcoming Edgefest at Downsview Park and this Virgin Festival lineup.

The Jonas Brothers have announced a number of dates for their upcoming summer engagements entitled ‘The Burning Up Tour‘. The tour kicks off at Toronto’s Molson Amphitheatre on July 4th and wraps up in Essex Junction, VT on August 31st.
